Yes. Both Pro and Business come with a 14-day free trial – no credit card required to start, cancel any time. Enterprise gets a tailored pilot scoped during the first call with sales.

Add seats any time at the prorated rate – they’re billed at your next renewal. Reductions take effect at the next billing cycle, so there’s no mid-cycle reconciliation. Annual plans are flexible upward; downward changes apply at renewal.

Detection runs locally on the user’s device, in their Chrome browser. On Business and Enterprise, the audit log stays there too, in the browser: it records actions and, for review, the detected values including the originals. Nothing from it is sent to SOWA Privacy servers; users can view it masked, export it as JSON or CSV, and delete it.

Card and SEPA Direct Debit on Pro and Business. Annual invoice, purchase order, and wire transfer are available for Business and Enterprise contracts. All prices include VAT; the rate depends on your billing country.

Yes. A Data Processing Agreement is available pre-purchase – request it via the contact page. The full sub-processor list and our compliance documentation pack (GDPR, audit logging architecture, hash-chain spec) are sent on the same request.

Monthly plans cancel at the end of the cycle, no questions asked. Annual plans run to renewal date and are not auto-renewed without confirmation. One-click data export is included in every plan – you keep your dictionary, presets, and audit history; we don’t hold onto your data. After the contract ends, the export stays available for 30 days.
